Plan #1: Advanced Assessment + 2 Coach Sessions
Price: $1,000
The Kingdom Impact Partners Advanced Assessment considers and evaluates 40 key components of building a vibrant and sustainable youth ministry, one that truly empowers youth and young adults to become agents of flourishing. Based on the assessment results, 2 customized coaching sessions are created to help you initiate an action plan that will produce desired results. Based on the various components outlined in Unstoppable Youth Ministry, the Assessment will help you:

- Raise awareness around the needs created by a changing youth culture and to what degree your church is addressing these needs
- Focus your priority attention on the right initiatives, helping you to avoid spinning your wheels on that which will not gain traction
- Calibrate your compass through a clarified vision, further rallying support behind your outlined goals
- Establish a priority order in terms of your time investment
- Navigate resistance should you encounter push back as a revised direction is cast
Plan #2: Weekend Training Event + 4 Coaching Sessions
Price: $2,500
This plan includes the Advanced Assessment as noted in Plan #1 but also provides an onsite weekend leadership training event led by Kingdom Impact Partners. The focus and content of this training event is discussed and agreed upon in advance, based on the outcome of the Assessment. Typically, the training event includes four focused sessions designed to engage your leadership team in such a way that excitement and momentum are developed around a actionable plan.

- Calibrating Your Compass
- Partnering with and Equipping Parents
- The Four Stages of Spiritual Formation
- Community Engagement and Collaboration
- Equipping Youth for Leadership
4 Coaching Sessions:
The 4 follow up coaching sessions are designed to help the youth ministry leadership team gain
further momentum and traction as initiatives are outlined and implemented around the theme
selected.

Plan #3: Weekend Training Event + 12 Coaching Sessions
Price: $4,500
The third plan includes the same as Plan #2 with 8 additional coaching sessions occurring over one year. This is the ideal plan, given that your leadership team will receive monthly coaching relative to the various components outlined in Unstoppable Youth Ministry. In terms of establishing the strongest momentum and optimum results, Plan #3 provides the support needed to not just outline aligned goals and objections, the further connects you with the resources and coaching support necessary to bring your outlined goals into reality.
